Precrystallization Dehumidifier

CSG series pre-crystallization dehumidification dryer is composed of various models of STG series drying barrels and various models of DAG series drying hosts. The dew point of CSG series dehumidifier can reach -70°C, shorten the drying time, improve the drying efficiency, and the residual moisture content can be less than 20ppm.


CSG series is the first dryer with SCADA technology in China, remote control, adjustment of technical parameters according to the actual situation, online detection, and prediction of faults in advance.


The dew point switching technology of the CSG series can set different dew points according to the drying requirements of different materials to minimize energy consumption.


CSG series molecular sieve dehumidifier saves 18%-60% in energy consumption compared with the same output of honeycomb dehumidifier. (This is based on thousands of experimental reports and feedback from customers, testing real data)


This series is suitable for plastics that tend to clump and stick during the drying process, as well as plastics that require crystallization. Such as PET, PLA, etc.

  • Drying barrel structure

    STG series adopts double-layer insulation barrel with built-in aluminum silicate cotton. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer can be made of stainless steel or orange aluminum plate according to customer needs. The internal structure, height and diameter ratio of the barrel have been tested for many times, reasonably designed to avoid dead angle of material flow, and the mixing blades adopt special blade-like paddles to effectively reduce resistance and dust。

  • Large view cleaning window

    Convenient for subsequent cleaning, the cleaning door is equipped with a glass window, which can observe the inside of the barrel at any time, and the door fits closely with the barrel.

  • Sampling port

    Manual butterfly valve control, sampling and testing of materials during the drying process, convenient and fast.

  • Outlet

    The discharge port is equipped with a suction box and a globe valve for emptying the material according to the demand, and supports customization.

  • All stainless steel pipe connection

    Jinyue Machinery combines airflow motion analysis and industrial design to connect negative pressure stainless steel pipelines to avoid pipeline damage, delamination, deflated damage caused by excessive negative pressure of the fan because the filter element is not cleaned in time, and further cause huge sequelae such as fan damage and fire.
